The work surrounds all things groundwater-related; technical and project management experience in Groundwater resources, flow and contaminant transport modelling using Modflow/Groundwater Vista, MT3D, LandSim or HYDRUS 2D/3D. 	Principal Hydrogeologist - Clean Water Aim: To leverage off the current hydrogeology work which is being secured through large-scale infrastructure projects, but farmed off to sub-cosultants, and build a sustainable hydrogeology group under you. Current expertise: International Multidisciplinary consultancy Highly reputable water, geotech and environmental teams Secured Large-scale projects using expertise in other engineering disciplines Currently farming out all hydrogeology work from these projects to various sub-consultants Hydrogeology expertise throughout UK, US and Asia offices Plan: Initially you will be kept busy with the hydrogeology work coming from secured projects You will initiate the organic growth of a specialist hydrogeology team underneath you through internal and external marketing Have the autonomy to build the specialisation and positioning of this team as you see fit – the firm currently has established networks throughout mining, infrastructure, defence, local and state government and property sectors.
