	Senior Hydrogeologist >The Background: This group of Environmental Specialists is only a couple of years old but have been doing very well for themselves up and down the East Coast Very high performance and growth figures all year They say “What GFC?” Recent success in securing large section of $Multi-Million Coal Mine project Coupled with strong presence in Contaminated Land market Looking for you? A Hydrogeologist who can ‘stand on your own two feet’. Mainly focussed in mining-based hydrogeology Strong site-based experience so that you can walk right onto this large-scale project Could have a background in Contaminated Sites (to bounce off other teams in the office) A good ‘consultant’, who presents well with clients and can make decisions on your own. Why should I? Security: Atleast 2 years of utilisation just on this one project (but you can bet there will be alot more coming off the back of this project). Autonomy: From small-company, 'grass roots' culture. Culture: Relaxed, but highly professional. Variety: The initial focus is on this mining-hydrogeology, but there is other contaminated sites focussed Hydrogeologists in the office and you will have access to these projects (and the mentoring of a very well known Technical Principal Hydrogeologist). 	Principal Hydrogeologist - Clean Water Aim: To leverage off the current hydrogeology work which is being secured through large-scale infrastructure projects, but farmed off to sub-cosultants, and build a sustainable hydrogeology group under you. Current expertise: International Multidisciplinary consultancy Highly reputable water, geotech and environmental teams Secured Large-scale projects using expertise in other engineering disciplines Currently farming out all hydrogeology work from these projects to various sub-consultants Hydrogeology expertise throughout UK, US and Asia offices Plan: Initially you will be kept busy with the hydrogeology work coming from secured projects You will initiate the organic growth of a specialist hydrogeology team underneath you through internal and external marketing Have the autonomy to build the specialisation and positioning of this team as you see fit – the firm currently has established networks throughout mining, infrastructure, defence, local and state government and property sectors.
